Our History

Weatherite Aluminium Solutions was originally called DLT Ltd and opened its doors for business in 1988. Weatherite Group acquired the business in1998 and the company has been an important and integral part of the Weatherite group since then.

With a reputation for innovation, quality and service, Weatherite Aluminium Solutions is one of the UK's leading providers of aluminium shopfronts, entrance facades, automatic doors, curtain walling, window systems, security grilles, security hinged steel doors and roller shutters and has an impressive customer base covering a wide range of sectors.

We specialise in delivering bespoke solutions to meet the client’s exact requirements and our quality aluminium shop fronts and entrance facades can be combined with curtain walling and an extensive range of security shutters and grilles to produce a fully integrated and aesthetically pleasing installation. 

As you would expect from one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and installers, our team of experienced project managers carry out initial site surveys, ensuring the clients requirements are strictly adhered to. After the comprehensive survey our design team produce drawings for client approval and sign off before any manufacturing takes place, ensuring the client is completely satisfied with our proposals. Only when the client is completely happy do we proceed to manufacture installation and sign off. 

However, our services don’t end with the completed installation. We understand the importance of providing existing and new customers with a fast, efficient and cost effective 24 hour emergency support service. A damaged entrance door, smashed window, a faulty security grille or jammed roller shutter can all lead to loss of income, disruption and possible injury. Our aim is always to repair or replace quickly and with minimal fuss or disruption to the clients business.
